This week lets look at how well you have trained your sales team - your BNI Chapter Members.
Why not do a survey?
During the next few weeks make use of the "15 minutes of open networking" from 7.00 am to 7.15 am to ask members how well they know your business?
Try the following questions on them:-
1. what is my memory hook?
2. name three products/services I supply?
3. where is my office - street / suburb / landmark?
4. what are my referral goals this year?
5. what will you hear people saying / see them doing, that will alert you to a referral opportunity for me?
Use the next 3 weeks to speak to every member and write down the results.
Anyone not able to give you accurate answers to all five questions is unlikely to be able to find you a qualified referral!
So now you have your dance card list for the next 2 months.
